We are absolutely delighted to announce that our Managing Director, and founder of Haven Fire & Safety, Mr. Gerry Boux has been presented with a Lifetime Achievement Award from our partners at Ansul, a leading fire protection brand from Johnson Controls Inc.
Having founded Haven Fire & Safety in 1997, Ansul was one of the very first brands that Gerry partnered with and for the last two decades, has enabled Haven to become the leading Restaurant and Kitchen Fire Protection System Company in the UAE.
The award was presented to Gerry at Ansul’s recent Distributor Event in Leipzig Germany, where he was recognised in front of other leading distributors and Ansul senior management, for his dedication and support over the last 20 years.
On receiving the award, Gerry said “It is an absolute privilege to receive this! However, I share this award with the full Haven team, as without their dedication and hard work over the last 2 decades, none of what we have achieved would have been possible!”
As well as designing, supplying and installing Ansul R-102 and Piranha Kitchen Fire Suppression Systems throughout the UAE, Haven Fire & Safety also offer full service, maintenance and refilling works in line with International Standards and the UAE Fire & Life Safety Code of Practice.

Vipinkumar is a seasoned expert with over 27 years of experience in the Fire & Safety industry. Since joining Haven in 1999, he has played a pivotal role in the development and execution of Pre-Engineered Systems, with a specialized focus on Wet Chemical solutions. His deep technical knowledge and hands-on approach have ensured the successful delivery of safety systems across a wide range of industrial and commercial sectors.
In his current role as Assistant Sales Manager, Vipinkumar leads both the sales and engineering functions for Wet Chemical systems, overseeing everything from design to project execution. In addition to his core responsibilities, he also manages Haven Fire’s IT infrastructure—bringing a unique blend of engineering precision and digital fluency to the organization.
Based in Dubai with his family, Vipinkumar is known for his commitment to excellence and his thorough understanding of regional safety standards and market dynamics. His long-standing tenure and multifaceted expertise make him an invaluable asset to Haven’s continued growth and innovation.
